With the coming quartz movement age, watches could be made more elegant and sleeker. Now, however, watches are perceived as a necessity and there are many styles available for all budgets.

New high end watches designed for women are the hottest category of new styles, from elegant diamond and gold bracelets to the new bangle designs.Recent technological advances have enabled watch craftsmen to set precious stones directly into stainless steel. The appeal of this combination draws on the appeal of white on white designs. Steel has a rugged durability that allows a watch to withstand the stress of active sports.
